clean hotel, absolutely fantastic rooms, marvellous location to mtr n the peak. thanks to the efficient staff everything was fine, including plenty ofgood food. exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. location adjacent to a convenience store, wan chai market, local market w/ more variety and cheaper than ladies' market, and restaurant or building. totally really great stay for business trip.

The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a great area, right by supermarkets n eateries, the tram, and most tourist activities in the area. All of the staff was good and attentive to guests. Apartment I stayed at was brand-new with an extra bed. The location was great and awesome for all my needs. Here I spent 6 nights and truly enjoyed being in this place...

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a pleasant stay for business trip. The location was handy and exceptionally nice, for example, Wan Chai was not very far from the hotel. We stayed here before, always big and brand-new rooms with an extra bed. The staff was responsive and really helpful all that time.

The staff was very helpful and efficient, making my check-in smooth even though I arrived outside of working hours. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated, exceeding my expectations for the price. I also appreciated the added convenience of having a well-known restaurant in the same building. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and cozy atmosphere.

Great location, close to convenient transportation options and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The ability to cook in the room and have a refrigerator for longer stays was a definite plus. The property was also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable and efficient choice.

While the property had some minor defects and worn-out issues, the staff did their best to provide temporary solutions. The cleanliness could have been improved, as there was dust on surfaces and curtains, and cleaning was only done every three days.
